Heat’s Bam Adebayo disrespects Nikola Jokic big time in All-Star Game

Bam Adebayo removed the pass from Nikola Jokic’s back by himself. Adebayo scored a three-pointer on the same possession while Jokic was defending.

Players making crazy shots during the NBA All-Star Game generally result in some humorous moments, and this one simply adds to the list for this year’s contest.

The East led the West 53–47 in the opening quarter. The three points that Adebayo scored on that play somewhat altered the score.

The reigning champion Nuggets, who are 36-19 overall going into the All-Star break, are represented by Jokic. They trail the Oklahoma City Thunder, Los Angeles Clippers, and Minnesota Timberwolves and are now three games behind first place in the Western Conference.

Adebayo plays for the Heat, a squad that has had ups and downs but is now 30-25 overall and ninth in the Eastern Conference. The Heat are now one-half of a game behind the Indiana Pacers for the sixth and final playoff place that avoids the Play-In Tournament. The Heat would prefer to avoid the Play-In Tournament this year, despite the fact that they advanced to the finals after going through it the previous season.

Adebayo will take pleasure in becoming an All-Star for the time being before rejoining his club to try to improve their playoff seed.
