Cuevas, who joined safety Keon Sabb as Alabama’s two portal additions on Monday, declared his dedication to the team in an X post.

Cuevas has two years left to be eligible for college, as of February 5 when she signed up for the transfer site. He played his first two seasons at Cal Poly in 2021 and 2022, and then spent the 2023 season at Washington.

In 15 games during the previous season, the 6-foot-3, 239-pound Cuevas caught four catches for 164 yards, including a 31-yard touchdown in the season opener against Boise State. Against Arizona, he also hauled in a 57-yard reception.

Los Angeles native Cuevas was not ranked out of Campbell Hall by 247 Sports.
