Report: Raiders expected to explore trade for Bears QB….
It is anticipated that the Chicago Bears would select a rookie quarterback with the top overall choice in the draft this offseason, replacing Justin Fields.
If so, teams in need of a quarterback but unable to select a first-round pick are likely to show a lot of interest in Fields. And it appears that a new moniker has surfaced.
The Las Vegas Raiders have “genuine interest” in Fields and are anticipated to look into a trade for him, according to NFL analyst Tony Pauline.
Jimmy is anticipated to leave the Raiders this summer, and Pauline mentions that Tom the incoming general manager, is keen to get a “big name” quarterback.
