Houston — Excited, Alperen \engün stood inside the Smoothie King Centre. Just moments ago, on December 23, he had led the Houston Rockets to a career-high 37 points on 11 of 21 shooting, 11 rebounds, and six assists against the New Orleans Pelicans.
After trailing the Pelicans 51-47 at the half, Şengün and the Rockets triumphed through a comeback. 25 points were scored by him in the second half.
