Chiefs sign former Bills punter after rape lawsuit gets dropped

 

Punter Matt Araiza was taken by the Buffalo Bills in the sixth round of the 2022 NFL Draft (180th overall), giving the impression that they had plans for him. However, he was later dismissed because of accusations of sexual assault.

Araiza’s release made logical at the time, but since the case against him was dismissed, it appears like he will get another opportunity in the NFL.
