In the most recent mock CBS Sports has the Broncos taking a corner against….
The quarterback of the future must be found immediately by the Denver Broncos.
That individual is a favourite to be chosen in the first round of the 2024 NFL Draft.
And although that is the case in many mock drafts, Chris Trapasso, a football writer for CBS Sports, believes that general manager George Paton and head coach Sean Payton will go a different route. Not even on the attacking end of the ball, in actuality.
According to Trapasso, the Broncos will choose Alabama cornerback Terrion Arnold with the 12th overall pick.
“With the incredibly smooth and alert cornerback, the Broncos will have more secondary help,” Trapasso noted.
Denver is slated to select Arnold in this second mock draft; last month, NFL.com’s Daniel Jeremiah made the same prediction.
