When the Pittsburgh Steelers chose to choose Arthur Smith as their new offensive coordinator at the start of the 2024 offseason, it was a significant decision. It is anticipated that there will be further personnel changes in the weeks preceding the league’s March new year.

It’s been stated that the organisation is open to adding more players, but one with passing-game coordinator expertise would be ideal. Additionally, if a coach who has been with Pittsburgh since the start of the 2021 season receives an offer and takes it, Pittsburgh may lose him.
