Vegas Owner of the Raiders Mark Davis expressed his opposition to the Oakland Athletics’ proposed relocation to Las Vegas, claiming that the A’s were impeding the team’s efforts to upgrade the Oakland Coliseum and were not providing the Raiders with a stronger incentive to remain in Oakland.
