GALLATIN, Tenn. — Marcelles Davis visited Tennessee for the first time in October to attend one of the Vols’ home games.

He returned to Knoxville earlier this month for their first junior day of the year, and he’s already planning to make it back to Tennessee soon.

The Class of 2026 running back from Houston High School in Germantown, Tenn., has been on the Vols’ radar for months, and while he has yet to receive a scholarship offer from them, he has made it clear that he’s interested in them, too. His trip to Tennessee on Feb. 3 was his second visit with the Vols in less than four months, and he said he expects to attend one of their spring practices in March or April.

The 6-foot, 190-pound Davis, who’s better known to friends and teammates as “Celley,” has picked up early offers from a half-dozen schools, including TCU and Indiana. He has continue to draw interest from Tennessee coach Josh Heupel’s staff, too, and both of his trips to Knoxville have impressed him.

Muncie (Ind.) Delta 2025 edge rusher Landon Brooks tells 247Sports he has locked in two official visits, looking forward to getting on campus this summer at Indiana and Purdue.

The 6-foot-6, 210-pound Brooks will be back in Bloomington the first weekend in June. He recently visited both programs hitting IU at the end of January and the Boilers the first weekend of February.
