In reaction to Tennessee’s complaint against them, the NCAA has put a halt to all investigations into NIL collectives in collegiate athletics, according to On3’s Pete Nakos. Nico Iamaleava, the starting quarterback for the University of Tennessee, was the subject of a recruitment investigation by the NCAA.

Several well-known people are named as defendants in a lawsuit brought by the Commonwealth of Virginia and the University of Tennessee. Defendants named in the case were head coach Josh Heupel, offensive lineman Jackson Lampley, and athletic director Danny White. About a week ago, a court found in their favour; since then, their victory seems to be multiplied.
