Leif Davis scored in the 89th minute as Ipswich Town defeated Bristol City 3-2 after coming from behind twice.

Town’s Conor Chaplin hit the post after a 32nd-minute corner was headed on in a goalless first half, but Anis Mehmeti’s deflected strike put City ahead early in the second.

Soon after, Nakhi Wells struck the Ipswich goal frame, Ahmed Al Hamadi equalized, and Tommy Conway put City ahead again.

However, Chaplin leveled the game again before Max O’Leary easily saved Al Hamadi’s bad penalty with five minutes remaining, only for Davis to win it a few minutes after.
