Several well-known people are named as defendants in a lawsuit brought by the Commonwealth of Virginia and the University of Tennessee.
Defendants named in the case were head coach Josh Heupel, offensive lineman Jackson Lampley, and athletic director Danny White. About a week ago, a court found in their favour; since then, their victory seems to be multiplied.
