St. Paul restaurateur's businesses burglarized a 6th time this year - Bring Me The News

 

 

Members of the Collingwood and Blue Mountains Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating a robbery involving a male who brandished a knife at a Collingwood restaurant.

On Thursday March 7th, 2024 at approximately 8:30 p.m. Collingwood OPP were dispatched to a robbery at Kitcho Sushi located at 240 First Street in the Town of Collingwood. A server advised that a male entered the restaurant wearing a ski mask. He then brandished a knife and demanded the cash register be opened. The server was able to secure herself safely in a backroom at which time police were called. The suspect took the cash register and left in an unknown direction.

The suspect is being described as a white male with a skinny build, approximately 6 feet tall and believed to be 35 to 40 years of age. Said to be wearing dark-coloured pants and a dark jacket.
