Multiple Buckeyes Signing New Deals NFL Free Agency
NFC: BREAKING NEWS; Ohio State Buckeyes are devastated over their key player injury today in a career ending….
As is typically the case, the Ohio State Buckeyes were well represented during the first day of the NFL’s ‘legal tampering period’ on Monday, in which pending free agents can begin to legally negotiate deals with prospective teams.
In fact, six different Buckeyes agreed to deals with new teams on Monday, starting with offensive guard Jonah Jackson, who signed a huge three-year, $51 million deal with the Los Angeles Rams.
Elsewhere in the AFC South, the Houston Texans signed former No. 3 overall pick and star Ohio State cornerback Jeff Okudah to a one-year $4.75 million deal, where he will likely start opposite of standout Derek Stingley Jr.
Okusah is coming off of a one-year stint with the Falcons, after spending the previous three in Detroit before being traded.
