Former NFL signal-caller Chris Simms credits Josh Allen, the quarterback for the Buffalo Bills, with his exceptional talent for his success, saying that the superstar has accomplished things never seen in NFL circles.
Simms, who is currently an analyst for NBC Sports, expressed extreme admiration for Allen, who was selected by the Bills with the seventh overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft, in an interview with WHAM’s Dan Fetes during NFL Combine Week.
“Having a quarterback like Josh Allen—who, I don’t say this lightly, is possibly the most talented quarterback in football history—the window for a championship is never really closed,” stated Simms, who played in the NFL for six seasons with a 7-9 record.as an initial step.
After leading all NFL players in total yards (4,830) and total touchdowns (44), Allen just finished his 2023 campaign. His 15 touchdown rushes are a career high for a quarterback and just one short of Hall of Fame running back OJ Simpson’s single-season record set by the Bills.
